Flash content - Drop down menu issue

If you want to embed a Flash / Flex .swf file below drop down menu in a HTML page, you could probably see that the flash file is on top of the page even though you set the z-index of the Div.

I signed up hosting with Hostek. Upto now they given fantastic services. I have spoken personally with support for my issues.They were very helpful. In addition, the only tags that Hostek disables are CFREGISTER and CFEXECUTE. My personal choice for coldfusion hosting is Hostek.
